The best things in life are free... wow that's a though one. We'll I find that saying very difficult to believe anymore Darrel. My favorite example for that is water? Who would have though that water will be for sale already? Perhaps there are still some who are offering free martial arts training but one in a million. I tell you, if you want quality and the best training you have to spend and invest a little.

Sometimes I don't think children or teenagers fully realize the self-discipline aspect.

In my experience, students in grade school or high school on the whole may be able to perform but don't develop the self-discipline that I think the martial arts is teaching. Does that mean that I, as an instructor, am not teaching that correctly? Or is the connection just different for everybody?

I would also love to get a martial arts training for free. I remember the popular saying "The best things in life are free" and that is so true. I have been to a lot of free lessons in martial arts however because of some reasons, I always didn't complete each of the free trainings, now that I am more than ready, I am hoping to find one. :)

Martial arts is beautiful, it is not only talking about kicking or punching but also brings about so many things. One is the joy of learning the art, another is health benefits and one important aspect is the self discipline - this part is the greatest. That is the main reason why I said that martial arts is beautiful, it is because it is full of many things.
