The QuickBooks Resource Center is a personal, straight-forward guide to helping small business owners and entrepreneurs. The center has articles, guides, tools, and videos geared toward subjects such as cash flow, inventory, taxes, finances, and more.

As an editor, I was responsible for:

  1. Proofreading posts for spelling and grammar
  2. Optimizing titles and descriptions for search engine optimization (SEO)
  3. Ensuring each post encouraged and supported the reader
  4. Putting readers in control

I also served briefly as the interim managing editor, guiding posts through the QuickBooks Resource Center’s unique workflow.
